Response to Questions
The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office seeks proposals from firms to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all phases of the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of public buildings (“Proposal(s)”). It is anticipated that selected firms will assist with site searches/selections, listing and selling vacated court facilities, negotiating and leasing short- and long-term rentable spaces, and other miscellaneous broker services related thereto. Prospective firms for the purpose of this RFP will be referred to as “Consultants.” The Judicial Council anticipates Contracts will be issued to multiple Consultants under this RFP.
Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by Close of Business, Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020.
Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on Friday, November 27th, 2020.
