Description

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and the Office of Real Estate and Facilities Management (OREFM) seeks to prequalify a group of Environmental Consultants from which to solicit bids for Environmental Consulting Services, related to existing or new California Court facilities. Firms selected as Prequalified will be give the opportunity to submit Bid Proposals for this solicitation.

Consultants shall provide a range of services related to existing or new court facilities. The list of services may include one or more of the following:

  • Environmental site assessments (ESAs) Phase I, II and IIIs.
  • Lead-based paint, asbestos and/or mold testing, abatement plans and specifications, abatement project oversight, post abatement confirmation testing and reporting.
  • Soil, groundwater and indoor air quality testing, and reporting to evaluate human health risk related to chemical contamination in any or all media.
  • Design and implementation of hazardous chemicals and waste management program in compliance with local, state and federal agencies.

Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to capitalprogramssolicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 1:00 p.m. PST on Tuesday, April 2, 2013.

Prequalification/Proposal Submittals must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. PST on Monday, April 15, 2013.

The anticipated contracts that will result from this procurement will go into effect July, 1, 2013 and expire in June 30, 2016.
