The Judicial Council seeks to retain the services of a qualified construction manager at risk firm (“CMR(s)”) to submit to the Judicial Council a Statement of Qualification (“SOQ(s)”) and Fee Proposal (“Proposal(s)”) for the Glenn County Willows Courthouse (“Project”). All qualified CMRs are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.

Questions regarding the RFQ/P should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council of California via CapitalProgramSolicitations@jud.ca.gov on December 11, 2018, by 4 p.m. (PST).

Proposals must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on January 4, 2018. Hard and electronic copies of proposals must be delivered to:
