The Judicial Council of California, Real Estate and Facilities Management office (REFM) seeks the services of qualified BAS, HVAC and/or general contractors for the replacement of the BAS at the San Francisco Civic Center Courthouse and for BAS and HVAC upgrade for the George E. McDonald Hall of Justice in Alameda.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal job walk is scheduled for sites (see RFP Schedule)

Questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted to solicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 2 P.M., PST on October 28, 2014.

Written submittals must be received no later than 2 P.M., PST on Friday, November 7, 2014.
