RFP Title: Environmental Health and Safety Consulting Services

The Judicial Council of California’s Facilities Services seeks the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all phases of environmental consulting of public buildings. It is anticipated that selected firms will provide Environmental Site Assessments and related consulting activities for existing and proposed judicial branch facilities.

The Judicial Council anticipates that Master Agreements will be issued to multiple Consultants under this RFP.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via video meeting using Cisco Webex on Tuesday July 11, 2023, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than Tuesday July 18, 2023, by 2:00 PM Pacific Time.

Proposals must be received no later than Friday August 04, 2023, by 2:00 PM Pacific Time.

Only electronic proposals will be accepted. For electronic submission of proposals, email your proposal no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
