Intent to Award
Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), on behalf of the Judicial Council of California, is seeking firms to provide bids for the purchase of Citrix ACE load balancing devices as detailed in the Invitation for Bid # IFB-SAIC-JCC-006.
SAIC seeks to purchase six (6) Citrix ADC MPX 5910 load balancing devices with additional power supply along with one (1) year of Citrix Appliance Maintenance Gold.
SAIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the items in the bid, to award the contract in whole or in part and/or negotiate any or all items with individual Bidders if it is deemed in SAIC's best interest. A notice of intent to award does not constitute a contract, and confers no right of contract on any Bidder.
NOTE: Questions regarding this IFB should be directed to ray.e.elliott@saic.com and dawn.d.hardwick@saic.com by Friday, December 13, 2019 at 10:00am (PST).
Proposals must be received by Friday, December 27, 2019 at 12:00pm (PST). Please ensure Attachments 4 & 5 are certified, accepted, and signed.
