The Judicial Council of California ("Judicial Council") seeks proposals from qualified vendors with expertise in providing Emergency Notification Services as described in this RFP to the State of California judicial branch which includes the Judicial Council, the Supreme Court of California, the Courts of Appeal, the Habeas Corpus Resource Center and the 58 Superior Courts of California (collectively referred to as "Judicial Branch Entities," or "JBEs"). The JBEs will be under no obligation to participate in any resulting master agreement.
Reponses to this RFP will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria and methodology outlined in the RFP, including Attachment 1 (Administrative Rules Governing RFPs).
Key dates and deadlines:
- Pre-Proposal Conference via conference call to be held on April 23, 2018 at 10:00 p.m. (PDT)
- Questions regarding this RFP must be directed to TCSolicitation@jud.ca.gov and must be received by 3:00 p.m. (PDT) on April 25, 2018
- Proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. (PDT) on May 11, 2018
