Description
RFP Number: ISD2008WCM-SS
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a hosted Web content management solution and associated consulting services. The AOC invites, from all interested software and implementation software vendors with proven experience, proposals to license and implement a hosted Web content management solution for use by the AOC, California Supreme Court and California State Courts of Appeal. This RFP package provides an overview of the AOC Web presences and requirements for the desired Web content management system. In 2007, the AOC began a partnership with a Web design firm to redesign its Web sites to standardize look and feel, improve access to information, and support task- and audience-based navigation. The AOC seeks a hosted Web content management solution to support implementation of this redesign, to streamline content creation, enable content reuse and segmentation, and implement an organized, distributed publishing strategy. The AOC intends to award the contract in whole to a single software/implementation vendor, but may elect to award a subset of the required consulting services outlined in the RFP. The AOC has designed the proposal evaluation and selection process to ensure all bidders are evaluated thoroughly and fairly. Proposals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. (PST), April 28, 2008. Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the AOC no later than Thursday, April 3, 2008. Answers to questions submitted by the deadline are estimated to be posted by Tuesday, April 8, 2008.
