Description
The Judicial Council of California, Administrative Office of the Courts seeks the services of a qualified contractor to design, develop, and produce a distance learning program, suitable for use by California courts, to improve mediators’ effectiveness in mediating limited and unlimited civil cases involving one or more self-represented litigants. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit and award a nineteen-month contract and this RFP is the means for prospective contractors to submit their qualifications and request selection as the contractor.
Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by April 19, 2013, no later than 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
Proposals must be received by April 29, 2013, no later than 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
