The Judicial Council, through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is soliciting Proposals from Firms, (“Firm(s)”) to provide Criteria Architect services necessary to perform the architectural programming, compile the performance criteria documents, and ensure criteria compliance throughout the New Fresno Courthouse Project (“Project”). The responsible party shall be an architect, or a registered professional engineer licensed to practice in California. All work shall be performed under and approved by a licensed professional. Firm team shall comprise of all disciplines necessary to effectively perform the required services. The selected team shall be experienced with designs of similar size, complexity, and nature.
The Criteria Architect that is selected will enter into a Standard Agreement ("Agreement") with the Judicial Council for the Courthouse. The Judicial Council anticipates the Agreement will be issued to a single Criteria Architect under this RFP.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM Pacific Time. The pre-proposal conference will be held via video conference using Cisco Webex or Join by Phone at (650) 479-3208:

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via email to Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Tuesday, December 20, 2022.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Thursday, January 12, 2023.
