Addendum 1
The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office and Information Technology Services Office seeks the services of experienced TRIRIGA systems integrators to upgrade the Council’s existing on-premises TRIRIGA 10 Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to the newer version used in the IBM SaaS Cloud offering, provide development and configuration of the SaaS system, implement Judicial Council business and technical requirements, and perform data migration from the existing TRIRIGA system and other databases. The Judicial Council intends to award one (1) Master Agreement to a Proposer that can provide the services.
A Pre-Proposal Conference and CAFM demonstration will be held via video conference using MS Teams on August 26, 2021, at 9:00 AM, Pacific Time.

A Letter of Intent to Bid should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on September 2, 2021.
Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 12:00 PM, Pacific Time on September 7, 2021.
Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on October 5, 2021.
Only electronic proposals will be accepted. For electronic submission of proposals, email your proposal no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
