Questions & Answers

The Judicial Council of California (JCC), chaired by the Chief Justice of California, is the chief policy making agency of the California judicial branch. The California Constitution directs the JCC to improve the administration of justice by surveying judicial business, recommending improvements to the courts, and making recommendations annually to the Governor and the Legislature. The JCC also adopts rules for court administration, practice, and procedure, and performs other functions prescribed by law.

As an internal services organization within the JCC, the Conference Center & Reception Services Unit (located within the office of Conference & Print Production) is tasked with administering the operation of a single master calendar that highlights events and their audiences that are important to the judicial branch.

The JCC is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to provide a cloud-based, (web portal) master calendar scheduling system. An off the shelf product is desired with minimal customization if necessary.
