he Judicial Council of California seeks proposals from hotels for meetings rooms, sleeping rooms, and food and beverage.

Location: Los Angeles, Orange, or San Diego Counties, California
Date: October 17-20, 2027, October 18-21, 2027, October 24-27, 2027, or October 25-28, 2027

Proposals must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time, November 9, 2026.
E-mail proposals to: ConferenceRFPs@jud.ca.gov. Subject Line: CRS-SP-502, Appellate Staff Institute.

Proposal submissions must include the following documents with “CRS-SP-502” added to the file name. See the RFP Attachment, 7.3 Certification, Attachments and Other Requirements with links to these forms:
•    Bidder’s Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
•    Darfur Contracting Act Certification
•    General Certifications Form
•    Attachment 3 (Submission Form for Technical and Cost Proposal) – See below for attachment.

The Judicial Council of California does not retain the services of third party or outsourced representations. All quoted rates are to be net, non-commissionable.
