The Judicial Council has published the following reports in conjunction with the 2005-2006 public trust and confidence assessment. • Phase II: Focus Groups and Interviews- Public Court Users and Judicial Branch Members Talk About the California Courts 2006 report produced for the Judicial Council by Public Agenda and Doble Research Associates on the results of Phase II of the trust and confidence assessment. As a follow-up to the 2005 survey, focus groups and interviews were conducted with public court users and judicial branch members, including interviews with business and community leaders, regarding their trust and confidence in the California courts.
   

• Part I: Findings and Recommendations- A Survey of the Public and Attorneys 2005 report for the Judicial Council by the National Center for State Courts on the results of the surveys of the public and of practicing attorneys in California regarding their trust and confidence in the California courts.
   

• Part II: Executive Summary of Methodology with Survey Instruments- A Survey of the Public and Attorneys Report for the Judicial Council by San Francisco State University's Public Research Institute summarizing the methodology of the 2005 surveys of the public and of practicing attorneys. The survey instruments developed for the study are included.
