This is a notification that the Judicial Council intends to negotiate with the following companies for energy efficiency projects:

Individual projects will be negotiated on a project by project basis. The Judicial Council wishes to thank all organizations that participated in this RFQ process.

Addendum One - Questions and Answers


The Judicial Council of California seeks to retain the services of qualified Energy Services Consulting companies with expertise energy efficiency and water conservation for Courthouse facilities throughout the State.

Written statement of qualifications must be received no later than 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2015.

Requests for clarifications or modifications must be submitted to CapitalProgramSolicitations@jud.ca.gov by no later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2015.
