Description

The Judicial Council of California's Facilities Services seeks statements of qualifications from Design Build Entities qualified to provide services for the design and construction of the New Fort Ord Courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Monterey.

The Judicial Council anticipates one (1) Agreement will be issued to a Design Build Entity under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

A mandatory Pre-Submission Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on June 23, 2025, at 1:00 PM, Pacific Time. Attendance at the Pre-Submission Conference IS mandatory in order to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).

Questions regarding the RFQ should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on July 3, 2025.

SOQ submissions must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on July 17, 2025.

Only electronic submittals will be accepted.  For electronic submission, email your Statement of Qualifications no more than three (3) days in advance of the submittal due date to the following email address:
