Notice of Intent to Award
It is the intent of Judicial Council of California’s Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Unit, to enter into a contract with the following firms for services set forth in the Request for Proposal.

Final selection is pending contract negotiations and execution.

Response to Questions


The Judicial Council’s Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Unit is requesting proposals from highly qualified proposers with expertise to provide Technical Assistance for Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Programs. It is anticipated that agreements will be issued to multiple proposers under this RFP.

MARCH 3, 2017 REVISION

This Notice serves to advise of the following changes to this solicitation:

  1. A problem was discovered in accessing the existing energy audits on our FTP site. These audits are available for informational purposes for those who wish to review them. The problem has now been corrected and the audits are available by following the FTP instructions included as Attachment 1 to this RFP.
  2. Section 8.1, E, 2, iii has been revised as follows:
    Copies of the Proposers’ (and any Subcontractors’) current business licenses, professional certifications, or other credentials.

    A contractor’s “C” license is not required to be a successful bidder.

Revisions in the RFP are shown with ‘REVISED’ in bold red font (bold font).
