Description
The Administrative Office of the Courts (“AOC”) is requesting information from vendors that have the proven track record and the expertise in providing and installing software and hardware that will be used to download court transcripts in realtime format that are derived from court proceedings. The software and hardware must accomplish simultaneous connection and software operation to a number of laptop computers, at the very least connecting both the court stenographer and presiding judge during trial, arbitration or deposition proceedings. The download should encompass capabilities for “live” text and audio and for features that enable on-screen annotation of the text. As well as installation the vendor will also be required to provide technical support for this software on a statewide basis for judicial branch facilities. Hard copy proposals must be delivered to: Administrative Office of the Courts All questions regarding this RFI must be submitted via email to the Solicitation Mailbox at TCSolicitation@jud.ca.gov and MUST contain the subject referencing “Realtime Transcript Management Software RFI” and other appropriate identifying information in the email subject line. Responses to the RFI are to be submitted via e-mail in Microsoft Office document (*.doc) format to the Solicitation Mailbox listed above. The deadline for all submission is no later than Friday March 16, 2007 @ 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Further details regarding solicitation and program requirements are set forth in this RFI and related documents below. Modifications to any RFI document will be dated and posted directly below the document.
