RFP Number: ISD2008DM-CT

The AOC seeks a document management solution capable automating document management in support of E-Filing for the Appellate Courts of California. The solution will provide a secure repository for case documents associated with the Appellate Court Case Management System, and enable electronic filing of case documents within the Courts of Appeal and California Supreme Court by integrating with and supporting the ACCMS system. Additionally, the project will enable the appellate courts to capture, associate and manage additional case documents not received via the E-Filing mechanism.

Proposals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. (PDT) on Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the AOC no later than Friday, April 11, 2008. The AOC estimates that answers to questions submitted by the deadline will be posted by Wednesday, April 16, 2008.
