Description

The Judicial Council of California, Administrative Office of the Courts, Conference Services Unit seeks proposals from hotels for a full service conference in Sonoma and Contra Costa counties.

In case this process is unfamiliar to all of you, we are holding a Pre Proposal Conference Call on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 2:00 pm. The details for the call, including phone numbers are on the RFP. We believe it is in your best interest to review the RFP and Attachments before this call and make every effort to call in and ask any questions you may have.

Questions can be directed to conferencesolicitations@jud.ca.gov until end of business day May 9, 2014. Questions and answers received will be posted on May 12, 2014.

Proposals must be received by END OF BUSINESS DAY, Friday, May 16, 2014.
