Description
The Superior Court of California, County of Orange (“Court”) is the third largest trial Court of general jurisdiction in California with 115 Judges and 29 Commissioners. The Court employs over 1,500 people in more than 70 different job classifications to perform a wide range of Court-related functions. Cases are heard in seven (7) Justice Centers located across the county.
The Superior Court of California, Orange County (Court) is seeking proposals from qualified parties to improve compliance with the Judicial Branch Contract Law, (JBCL) improve services to ordering departments and responsiveness to the Bidder community. The primary service being requested is an online bidding system which will replace the existing online bidding service. The current system is utilized by the other superior courts, judicial branch entities (JBEs) and the California Department of General Services (DGS), as well as other state agencies. As a result of the JBCL, JBEs must comply with many of the requirements placed upon California state agencies regarding public procurement practices. Therefore, a successful Bidder will be able to interface with the DGS website. This RFP is the means for prospective contractors/vendors to submit their qualifications and request selection as the contract/vendor.

Proposals must be received by February 28, 2014 no later than 4:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
