The Judicial Council seeks the services of an entity with expertise to assist the implementation of the Language Access Plan (“LAP”) recommendations.
Preferred expertise in the following areas includes:
- Language access interpretation and translation.
- Laws, including statutory and case law related to language access in the California courts.
- Financial forecasting.
- Education and training.
- Court interpreting principles.
- Qualitative and quantitative data collection
- Translation services
- Principles of remote interpreting
The funding available for this project includes a range of $108,000.00 to $216,000.00.
Questions should be directed to solicitations@jud.ca.gov and must be received by no later than 3:00 pm Pacific Time, May 22, 2015.
Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 pm Pacific Time, June 5, 2015.
