The Judicial Council of California seeks to identify a number of architects and engineers qualified to provide architectural and engineering services for all phases of design and construction for various projects. Successful firms will subsequently compete for defined projects when/where needed. Scheduled performance will begin June 2016 through June 2019 with possible extension to June 2021.

Clarifications, modifications and/or questions should be directed to the Judicial Council at CapitalProgramSolicitations@jud.ca.gov. All such questions must be received no later than March 15, 2016. Emails must reference "REFM-2016-02-JT" in their subject line.

Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 pm Pacific Time, April 7, 2016.
