Description
The Judicial Council, through it's Request for Proposals for Program Management Services (“RFP”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations, (“Firm(s)”) to provide Program Management Services to support its Facilities Services division.
The Judicial Council seeks to enter into a Standard Agreement with one (1) Firm pursuant to this solicitation.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM, Pacific Time, via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Meeting IS NOT mandatory in order to submit a Proposal.
Requests for clarifications or questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time, on Monday, November 3, 2025.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
Only electronic submittals will be accepted. For electronic submission, Firms must email their Written Proposal and Cost Proposal no more than three (3) days in advance of the submittal due date to the following email addresses:
