Description
The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office is requesting proposals from those Design Build Entities that have been shortlisted through Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Number RFQ-FS-2025-02-MB, to provide services for the design and construction of the New Fort Ord Courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Monterey.
The Judicial Council anticipates one (1) Agreement will be issued to a Design Build Entity under this RFP to provide services for the design and construction of the New Fort Ord Courthouse.
A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via video webinar using Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM, Pacific Time.
Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Monday, October 6, 2025.
Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
Only electronic submittals will be accepted. For electronic submission firms must email their Technical Proposals and Price Proposals no more than three (3) days in advance of the submittal due date to the following email addresses:
