Adult Treatment and Family Treatment Court Training Event

The Judicial Council seeks the services of a person or entity with expertise in adult treatment courts and family treatment courts in California to provide a minimum 25 hours of in-person training on topics related to treatment courts and aligning with national standards. In addition to the training, the contractor will also provide a conference venue, access to sleeping rooms, and provide breakfast, lunch, and refreshments, no later than April 2027.

Description

The judicial branch of California is a part of California government—independent from the executive and legislative branches — and includes the Superior, Appellate, and Supreme Courts of California. A part of the judicial branch is the Judicial Council, which is chaired by the Chief Justice of California. The Judicial Council is the primary policy making body of the California judicial system. The Judicial Council of California (“Judicial Council”) is the staff agency of the Judicial Council.

The Judicial Council seeks the services of a person or entity with expertise in adult treatment courts and family treatment courts in California to provide a minimum 25 hours of in-person training on topics related to treatment courts and aligning with national standards. In addition to the training, the contractor will also provide a conference venue, access to sleeping rooms, and provide breakfast, lunch, and refreshments, no later than April 2027.

Questions should be directed to solicitations@jud.ca.gov and must be received no later than 1:00 pm, Pacific Time, on August 17, 2026.  

Proposals must be received by the Judicial Council no later than 1:00 pm, Pacific Time on August 31, 2026.
