Answers to Submitted Questions

The Judicial Council of California (Judicial Council), through this Request for Information (RFI), is soliciting responses from Firms that provide web-based Continuity of Operations (COOP) Planning Systems. The Judicial Council seeks information from experienced vendors regarding available functions, or the customization of modules, features, and reports similar to those found in the existing system, as well as details of the steps required to transition from the existing planning system to a new one. Costs associated with the customization and transition should not be included in the response to this Request for Information.

Questions regarding this RFI should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via email to Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 12:00 PM, Pacific Time on Friday, January 6, 2023.

Information responses must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Thursday, February 2, 2023.
