The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office seeks to identify a number of qualified consultants to provide services for various projects to be initiated approximately in March 2020 for a three-year term, with a subsequent two-year extension. The Judicial Council anticipates Contracts will be issued to multiple Consultants under this RFP.

Further details regarding this solicitation and work requirements are set forth in the RFP and the related documents listed below. Please note the Schedule of Events on pg. 13-14 of the RFP. Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Attachment J, submitted to capitalprogramsolicitations@jud.ca.gov by Close of Business, Wednesday, December 11th.

Proposals must be received by no later than 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on Tuesday, January 14th, 2020, delivered to:

Reminder: With regard to the subject matter of this RFP, prospective Service Providers and their sub-consultants must not contact any Judicial Council personnel or any individuals in the California Courts during the RFP timeline. Violation of this restriction may disqualify a firm from consideration.
