Notice of Cancellation

The Judicial Council of California, seeks proposals from hotels for the Primary Assignment Orientation Conference.

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, LAX, Long Beach, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Costa Mesa, Pasadena, Burbank and Downtown San Diego.

Dates: January 26 – 31, 2025, January 12 – 17, 2025 or January 5 – 10, 2025

Questions can be directed to conferenceqanda@jud.ca.gov until end of business day Thursday, May 2, 2024. Questions and answers received will be posted on Friday, May 3, 2024

Proposals must be received by END OF BUSINESS DAY Pacific Time, Friday, May 10, 2024

Email Proposals: Must include the RFP # (CRS EG 430) and the name of the program (PAO) in the subject line of the email message.

The Judicial Council of California, Conference and Registration Services, does not retain the services of third party or outsourced representation. All quoted rates are to be net, non-commissionable.
