The Judicial Council reviewed recommendations for allocations from the State Trial Court Improvement and Modernization Fund (IMF) and the Trial Court Trust Fund for 2015-2016. The IMF allocation was reduced by $500,000 to the Litigation Management Program and a 15% reduction was imposed on CJER-related allocations. The JusticeCorps program will be eliminated starting in 2016-2017, with courts funding their share of the program's costs. Some programs will shift costs away from the IMF, such as the Domestic Violence - Family Law Interpreter Program and the CIP - Testing, Development, Recruitment and Education program. The Trial Court Trust Fund allocation was set at $139.37 million for specific programs and projects.
