Child Support Fact Sheet

The Child Support Commissioner and Family Law Facilitator Program (AB 1058 Program) is a mandated statewide program to expedite child support cases. The Judicial Council administers the program at a statewide level by adopting rules and forms, setting standards for the Office of the Family Law Facilitator, providing training on changes to child support law and procedure, overseeing budget administration, and in other ways ensuring successful implementation of the program.
