The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office seeks statements of qualifications from Design Build Entities qualified to provide services for the design and construction of the New Lakeport courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Lake.
The Judicial Council anticipates one (1) Master Agreement will be issued to a Design Build Entity under this RFQ.
A Pre-Submission Conference will be held via video meeting using Cisco Webex on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 9:00 AM, Pacific Time.

Questions regarding the RFQ should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Tuesday, April 7, 2022.
Only electronic proposals will be accepted. For electronic submission of proposals, email your proposal no more than three (3) days in advance of the proposal due date to the following email addresses:
