Description
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) seeks to identify and retain qualified, non-exclusive service providers to produce videotapes and broadcasts for the courts television network on an as-needed basis. This Request For Proposal (RFP) is the means for prospective service providers to submit their proposals/qualifications to the AOC and request selection as a service provider. It is anticipated that the duration of the contract will run from June 10, 2005 to June 30, 2006, with negotiable options for renewal.
It is anticipated that the consultant(s) will be asked to provide the types of services including, but not limited to, producing videotapes and broadcasts for court personnel. Final productions will vary in length, and services requested may range from providing equipment operators to orchestrating full-scale production of complex 60 minute (or longer) broadcasts or videotapes. The consultant(s) may be required to design; to script write; and to assume project management responsibilities during the course of the project. Work to be performed for any specific project/course will be determined, as needed.
Interested vendors should note that proposals are due no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2005. For questions regarding the RFP, please contact Ralph McMullan at 415-865-7766.
