Description
The AOC seeks to identify and retain a primary, qualified temporary staffing agency to supply the AOC with high-quality, cost-effective, professional and administrative temporary employees. This agency will provide the AOC with qualified candidates for temporary positions throughout the AOC, often under tight deadlines. Work will be authorized via work orders issued under a master agreement, which will be effective 1/1/2006 to 6/30/2006, with up to two consecutive 1-year options for renewal. The selected temporary staffing agency will be expected to conduct all stages of candidate identification, including sourcing candidates and advertising specific available positions to reach potential candidates. The agency will be expected to furnish complete, detailed references and background checks for each successful candidate. The agency will be expected to provide reports regarding temporary staff usage and costs to the AOC as requested. Further details regarding requirements and proposed work are set forth contained in Section 3.0, Scope of Services, in RFP #HR 05-01, Temporary Staffing Services.
