Description
A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on June 24, 2002. The AOC seeks the services of a consultant with expertise in succession planning and the ability to create processes that will (1) capture and preserve institutional knowledge of judicial court processes and judicial court history before the experienced and knowledgeable employees leave the system; and (2) develop a succession plan and stewardship system to ensure that trained leadership and executive talent are available for critical positions throughout the California court system. This RFP is the means for prospective consultants to submit their qualifications to the AOC. The AOC may select, from the responses to this RFP, qualified consultants to assess critical positions within the court system, identify the gaps between the future needs and our current workforce, and recommend strategies for addressing the talent gaps. Proposals must be received prior to 12 p.m., Monday, July 29, 2002, and include all required attachments. Oral responses will not be accepted. For further information regarding this RFP, please contact Vanessa Wilcox, Project Manager, Human Resources Division, Administrative Office of the Courts, 455 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102.
