RFP Number: OCR-2007-01-CT
The AOC seeks the services of a consultant with demonstrated expertise in the areas of small claims litigation, procedural justice, and survey and focus group research to undertake a study of litigants in small claims cases. The study is projected to include two or more small claims courts in the San Francisco Bay Area, which will be specified by the AOC at a later date. There will be no pre-proposal bidders' conference for this Request for Proposal (RFP). Questions regarding the solicitation documents should be directed to solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2007. Proposals must be received no later than 1 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2007.
