The AOC seeks to retain the services of a qualified Construction Manager (CM) with expertise in all phases of preconstruction and construction of public buildings. The AOC is soliciting Qualifications and Proposals for furnishing Preconstruction Services and Construction Management Services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMAX) for the Project, as described in this RFQ/P.

The selected CM will apply their expertise to all aspects of the Project in collaboration with other project participants to produce a court facility that provides notable value to the state judicial system. Selection will be made on the basis of a combination of qualifications and price.

Change in Interview Date

The Judicial Council-Administrative Office of the Courts' Office of Court Construction and Management will hold interviews of the short-listed firms on May 23, 2011 at our San Francisco Office, 455 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California. Individual firms will be notified of interview time and provided more detailed information.
