Oracle Financial System 11i Upgrade
A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on March 27, 2002. The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking proposals from all interested information technology service providers that have proven experience in public sector enterprise resource planning systems, and knowledge of California State Accounting. The service provider will be responsible for Upgrading the Oracle Financial System from version 10.7 to 11i including custom applications, and making necessary setup and programming changes to accommodate the AOC's new Chart of Accounts. This RFP is the means for prospective service providers to submit their qualifications to the AOC and request selection as a service provider. The AOC may select, from the responses to this RFP, a service provider qualified to provide services of Oracle Financial System 11i Upgrade to the AOC. The Oracle Financial System 11i Upgrade project is governed by the following general principles: Vendor proposals must be received prior to 5 p.m. on April 15, 2002, and include all required attachments.
