Description
A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on April 30, 2002. The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking proposals from qualified bidders who will collaborate with AOC and self-help center project staff to design and conduct an evaluation of the five model self-help center pilot programs. The consultant should have expertise in conducting and managing large-scale, multi-site research/data collection projects that involve a wide range of both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Experience working collaboratively to create a research design is also highly desirable. The Model Self-Help Centers Pilot Program Evaluation project is governed by the following general principles: Proposals must be received prior to 5 p.m. PDT, Friday, May 31, 2002, and include all required attachments.
