Description

A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on April 19, 2002. The AOC seeks the services of a qualified consulting firm with expertise in Human Resources administration and systems to conduct an assessment of the HR departments for the 58 California trial courts.

This RFP is the means for prospective consultants to submit their qualifications to the AOC. The AOC may select, from the responses to this RFP, qualified consultants to conduct a statewide study of the HR business needs and infrastructure of the California trial court system.

  • The AOC’s purpose in initiating this study is twofold: 1) to acquire a thorough and comprehensive assessment of the HR systems and functions of the trial courts, and 2) to acquire the necessary preliminary information for developing an appropriate HRMIS solution and other tools for the trial courts.
  • The State reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, as well as the right to conduct or not conduct a similar proposal in the future. This request for proposals is in no way an agreement, obligation, or contract, and the State is not responsible for the cost of preparation. One copy of a submitted proposal will be retained for official files and become a public record.

Proposals must be received prior to 12 p.m., Monday, May 20, 2002, and include all required attachments. Oral responses will not be accepted.
