Description
Under the direction of the Judicial Council of California, the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) provides an Employee Assistance Program to approximately 3,800 employees and judicial officers plus their dependents. This program provides the participants with access to counseling and assistance on a wide variety of interpersonal, lifestyle and work-related issues. The AOC has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) on April 12, 2004 to select an Employee Assistance service provider for this population. Proposals must be received by 5 p.m. on April 30, 2004. Only written responses will be accepted. Responses should be sent by registered or certified mail or by hand delivery. Proposers are specifically directed NOT to contact any judicial branch entity personnel or consultants for meetings, conferences, or discussions that are related to the solicitation at any time between release of the solicitation and any award and execution of a contract.
