The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office is requesting proposals from those Design Build Entities that have been shortlisted through Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Number RFQ-FS-2024-03-MB, to provide services for the design and construction of the New Sixth Appellate District Courthouse, in Sunnyvale, California.
The Judicial Council anticipates one (1) Agreement will be issued to a Design Build Entity under this RFP to provide services for the design and construction of the New Sixth Appellate District Courthouse, in Sunnyvale, California.
A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via video webinar using Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Pacific Time.
A MANDATORY Site Walk will be held at the project site on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Pacific Time. The address to the project site is 605 W. El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, California 94087.
Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
Only electronic submittals will be accepted. For electronic submission firms must email their Technical Proposals and Price Proposals no more than three (3) days in advance of the submittal due date to the following email addresses:
