The Judicial Council of California, Facilities Services Office seeks Proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Construction Management services for the design and construction of the Fire Life Safety Building Deficiency Corrections project at the Central Justice Center, County of Orange.
The Judicial Council anticipates one (1) Standard Agreement will be issued to a Firm under this RFP.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via video meeting using Cisco Webex on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at
10:00 AM Pacific Time.

Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Friday, February 24, 2023.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
