Description
The Judicial Council of California, hereinafter referred to as “JBE”, is the primary policy making agency of the California judicial system. The California Constitution directs the JBE to improve the administration of justice by surveying judicial business, recommending improvements to the courts, and making recommendations annually to the Governor and the Legislature. The JBE also adopts rules for court administration, practice, and procedure, and performs other functions prescribed by law. The JBE’s Court Operations and Services Division, Center for Families, Children & the Courts (“CFCC”) supports programs in court settings that improve practice and services for children, youth, parents, families, and other court users.
This request seeks a proposal from fully managed and hosted enterprise service providers that utilize the Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (Moodle) learning management system. The JBE intends to award one (1) Agreement with a term of three (3) years approximately from April 2, 2023, through April 1, 2026; with the possibility of two (2) one-year extensions.
