Description
The Judicial Council of California (the “JCC”), established in 1926, is authorized by the California Constitution as the policymaking body and administrative manager of California’s judicial branch. The JCC is interested in forming high-level cost estimates to design and build an online Appellate Court Interactive Self-Help Center. This interactive learning center will help self-represented litigants and attorneys produce file-ready electronic documents and provide education on the appellate process.
As California's intermediate courts of review, the Courts of Appeal provide access to justice by ensuring that the law is interpreted and applied consistently and uniformly. You can learn more about the California Courts of Appeal here.
The primary objective of this RFI is to gather information from web and instructional design companies about both capabilities and associated costs, even at a high level.
This RFI is intended to provide the court with a better understanding of the range of costs, from low to high, in response to the broad requirements contained within the RFI.
Note: Responses to this RFI are due by 3pm PDT on October 24, 2016.
