Notice of Opening of Bids
This RFI seeks to identify entities and institutions provide Microsoft Unified Support Services. The following services should be available as a part of the support engagement:
- Special handling of critical issues and automatic escalation management
- Guided assistance to understand our risks
- Support in creating a plan to mitigate risk and optimize our environment
- Assistance in evaluation and testing new technologies and features
Questions regarding this IFB should be directed to solicitations@jud.ca.gov and must be received no later than 5pm PST, February 10, 2021. RESPONSES DUE: February 16, 2021 5:00 P.M. (PDT).
