The Executive and Planning Committee (E&P) of the Judicial Council of California reported to the council on April 16, 2015. The committee reviewed the council's meeting process and operating procedures, set agendas for council meetings, and developed policies and procedures related to court facilities and communications. The committee also oversaw nominations processes for vacancies on the council and its advisory bodies, including the nomination of a superior court judge to serve on the California Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision. Additionally, the committee reviewed and approved annual agendas for advisory bodies and reviewed Judicial Council restructuring directives. The report included information about upcoming events, including an invitation to submit nominations for the Judicial Council Distinguished Service Award.
