Judicial Council Report to the Legislature: Electronic Recording Equipment

The Judicial Council of California has submitted a report to the Legislature regarding the purchase or lease of electronic recording equipment used to record superior court proceedings from July 1, 2014, to December 31, 2014. According to the report, one court purchased or leased equipment at a total cost of $5,405 during this period. The report is required by Government Code section 69958 and must specify the name of the court, types of proceedings recorded, cost, and types of equipment purchased.
