Circulating Order (CO-14-03) - Judicial Council: Nonvoting Council Position

The Judicial Council of California is seeking approval to add one nonvoting advisory council position, which would bring the total number of advisory positions to 12. The new position was created by the Executive and Planning Committee (E&P) in May 2012, with three nonvoting advisory council positions added at that time. The additional advisory member will provide a diverse perspective on court technology issues and data management challenges. There is no cost increase associated with this change, as it only involves adding one new member to the existing advisory group.
