Description: This document shall serve as implementing procedures for the Judicial Council pursuant to Public Resources Code § 21082 and California Code of Regulations Title 14, § 15022, which directs California public agencies to adopt objectives, criteria, and procedures for the evaluation of projects and preparation of environmental documents.
